• Store pickup / book-your-own delivery:
You may drop by our shop where your items are stocked to pick-up your order; or book your own delivery via Grab/Lalamove/etc. Pickup details will be shared upon order confirmation.
• Special Valentine's In-house Delivery:
Our in-house delivery via motorcycle will be available from February 13–15. You may choose a morning (9am–1pm) or afternoon (1pm–6pm) delivery. Kindly have someone available to receive the order within your chosen time frame.
Delivery only available within Makati, San Juan, Mandaluyong, and BGC for a standard flat rate of P300.
Please note that incorrect delivery details may incur extra charges, and same-day redelivery might not be guaranteed.
•For orders outside Makati, San Juan, Mandaluyong, and BGC:
You may pickup in-store or book your own same-day delivery.

Reminders
• Regular online orders will be unavailable from February 13–15, 2026. Walk-in orders are welcome at any of our shops, subject to availability.
• Valentine’s Day deliveries are available only within Makati, Mandaluyong, San Juan, and BGC.
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery details may lead to additional charges, and same-day redelivery may not be possible.
• Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
How to pre-order
Place your pre-orders through our website until Feb 10; or visit us in-store in Poblacion or Shaw Blvd.
• Pick your preferred style and size
• Choose your collection method: in-store pickup or Valentine's Day in-house delivery* and date of pickup/delivery
Our regular online ordering will be paused from February 13–15, 2026. If you’d like to order flowers during these dates, please visit any of our stores and place your order in person, while stocks last.
